Once signed up with STS, your listing(s) will be advertised on 30+ booking channels.

Booking.com	15%	Booking.com is part of The Priceline Group, the world leader in online travel and related services : Agoda, Priceline.com, Kayak, Rentalcars.com, OpenTable Bookings are instantly confirmed & payment is collected by STS.  In the case where a guest provides an invalid card, the booking is held for 24 hours - giving the guest this time to provide payment. If payment is not provided within this timeframe, the booking is cancelled and the inventory is opened up.  IMPORTANT -- Effective May 15th, 2019, Short Term Stays will no longer be offering Booking.com as a partner source. The reason for this change is due to the increased rate of fraudulent  disputes which is now impacting the status of our credit card merchant account.  In order to isolate the root cause, we will be suspending bookings from Booking.com indefinitely.  What will Change: During the suspension, each client will remain listed on all other partner sources which includes Expedia and its extended affiliate network.  We expect no impact to the number of bookings our hosts receive. All existing Booking.com reservations will be honoured during this suspension.

Guests are required to pay the Security deposit prior to arrival through the STS Portal and the host enforces this.
